Kudos to ROLJ! What a great company! I cannot believe how quickly I received my two custom-designed mats. I placed my order on a Friday night and was contacted by the graphics designer the next day with follow-up on a Sunday. By Monday night, the graphics were finalized. Much to my surprise, the mats arrived in the mail on Saturday morning, less than a week after finalizing the order -- and they had to travel from Calif. to the East Coast.
The mats themselves are beautifully made. Bright colors, great designs and a hit with my daughter. Everyone at the Pokemon event wanted to know where she got it.
I plan to order more mats in the future and look forward to working with ROLJ again. The site is easy to use, the customer service department is fantastic. It is the best on-line buying experience I have had. |

I had been playing the TCG 'Yu-Gi-Oh' for several years and I wanted to have my own playmat, but didn't find an appropriate style that represented my style. I had this issue until a friend of mine recommended ROLJ where he said I could be as picky as I wanted to be. I decided to try it out and sure enough, he was right. I didn't have a picture in mind or anything, just an idea of which cards I wanted to represent. After sending the company a list of cards, I received an image that showed what the mat would look like and after requesting several changes to the mat, I found my desired style. My friends are envious of the fact that the mat represents my card deck's strategy and they plan on creating their own designs in the near future.
In terms of service, I was completely satisfied with the way that I received e-mails for every step of the way and the fact that I had all my questions answered regarding the process. If I had any criticism it would be regarding the organization of the description of the product. I was hesitant in purchasing the product just by looking at the description, but after e-mailing the company I had the answers I was looking for. |
